Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three SVPs across the Agency Partnerships team. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multi-task. This position will work in a fun and fast-paced environment that will provide great exposure to the Global Ad Sales & Partnerships business.Prioritize communications that may include meetings, phone conversations and emails; determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention.Assists in preparing all required memos, presentations, research, meeting agendas, notes, etc. as needed.Assist in gathering and coordinating information for regular reporting needs. Overall management of executive calendars.Coordination and scheduling of meetings and events, meeting recaps, and room bookings.Coordination of travel arrangements; process and track expense & travel reimbursements.Maintain and updating contacts lists.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Maintain up-to-date and accurate files.Provide backup support to other EAs as needed.Assist with additional special projects and other duties as required.Create and manage tracking documents for internal distribution and communication updates.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
