Leads and drives construction and operational site HS&E standards by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, validating the effectiveness and sustainability of controls, and holding contractors and partners accountable for both interim mitigations and long-term solutions.Oversees site compliance through regular inspections, audits, and evaluations, ensuring welfare provisions meet current regulations and standards, and managing operational HS&E processes including hazard identification, risk assessment, training, emergency response, document control, and recordkeeping.Provides expert technical HS&E guidance while leading internal team performance, including hiring, development, and alignment of HS&E teams, and driving Team Member engagement through clear communication strategies, active participation, and strong business partnerships.
