The division is broken out broadly into five core business areas: Ad Sales, which manages relationships with agencies and businesses of all sizes; Advertising Product & Solutions, which develops, operationalizes, and scales the products and solutions that enable innovation, automation, and performance across our ad sales ecosystem; Strategy which uses research and data to guide big-picture decisions across content and advertising; Enterprise Marketing & Communications, which manages NBCUniversal's brand and storytelling across the marketplace, and Platform Monetization, which owns and optimizes the entire Pitch-to-Pay process, from building and pricing innovative plans to delivering industry-leading customer service, and driving growth through upsells and renewals. Together, these groups combine to support the division's mission to be the industry's most valuable partner for maximizing media effectiveness for clients of all sizes. Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: Business Operations & Services  Supports the full advertising lifecycle—from campaign setup to billing—by working closely with Sales, Planning, and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, manage account details, and resolve issues.
