Together, they form a full-service production and creative team, delivering localized advertising content in English and Spanish. Interns gain hands-on experience in TV production and post-production. Responsibilities may include: assisting producers with planning, guest booking, and pre-production; assisting crew members on set; editing segments for various platforms; assisting with music cue sheets, talent and location releases and closed captioning; and engaging and assisting with all social media platforms. Digital Innovation: NBCUniversal Local’s Digital Innovation Internship provides students with real world experience in producing high quality video content for local television markets. Interns will gain experience with writing, producing, and editing bilingual videos for our digital and social platforms across the NBCUniversal Local portfolio, including local NBC, Telemundo, and Regional Sports networks. Successful interns will demonstrate creative flair while also upholding a keen sense of journalistic standards and attention to detail. We are looking for students who are highly motivated and who can both function as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced news environment. Interns will have the opportunity to work on day-to-day news coverage as well as dive into special video projects.
