Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is hiring a Specialist to join the on-platform team in support of our direct-to-consumer streaming service, Peacock. This is a highly cross-functional role that will help drive the ideation and execution of Peacock’s growth, retention, and engagement plans and shape on-product merchandising tactics to maximize performance of our priority content. We are seeking an organized self-starter who is adept at managing multiple projects at once while being able to prioritize among various tasks, especially in a fast-moving and ever-evolving climate.The on-platform team is responsible for the merchandising, promotional, and lifecycle strategies driving user behavior on the Peacock platform. This position will work in a cross-team role supporting the merchandising and lifecycle verticals.Responsibilities:Creating insertion orders for lifecycle, engagement and retention tacticsSubmitting creative hero requests for lifecycle, engagement and retention campaignsDeveloping merchandising tactics to support marketing and engagement campaignsSupplying reporting for assigned campaigns; ensuring accurate playoutBuilding content curation plans for multiple Peacock pages and collectionsMaintenance of metadata and product feature trackingTranslating performance data and insights into recommendations across on-platformUpdating workflow documentation and recordkeeping in AirTable, Excel, and other internal systems
