Define and execute verification activities in collaboration with the Verification team, ensuring compliance through rigorous testing. ✅ Ensure Compliance & Quality – Maintain engineering excellence throughout the SMR project lifecycle. Conduct technical reviews, provide key inputs to project technical review gates, and ensure designs meet regulatory and safety standards. 📊 Support Strategy & Risk Management – Participate in capacity planning and contribute to long-term strategic goals. Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support decision-making to enhance project success. 📚 Develop & Share Knowledge – Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices. Develop training materials and tools to support knowledge sharing across teams. Provide expert advice to project teams and integrated product teams (IPT). 🤝 Collaborate & Represent – Work closely with internal engineering teams to drive standardization and a commoditized approach to system and component development.
