Job DescriptionSegula Technologies is hiring a Design Release Engineer (DRE) specializing in Interior components (Cross-Car Beam/Air Vent).The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the design, release, and validation of interior trim systems with a focus on console and door systems. This role requires ownership of the complete product lifecycle — from concept through production — ensuring all components meet functional, quality, cost, and timing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, validation, and release of Cross-Car Beam/Air Vent.Manage component specifications, interface requirements, and system integration constraints.Ensure all components meet vehicle-level performance, craftsmanship, and quality standards.Develop and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports, (DVPRs) and coordinate validation testingConduct DFMEA reviews, manage engineering changes, design documentation in TeamcenterSupport prototype builds, pre-production, and launch activities, resolving issues in real time.Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality teams to ensure design feasibility and readiness
