(Customer Problem Resolution Team, Customer Advocate Group "Tag" Quality Alert, E-CIMS, Expenses per unit sold y C/1000, Launch Indicators Issues).*Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers according to “Source Package” process.*Attend training and development plan in order to acquire required abilities and knowledge to comply with individual and team goals.*Obtainment of product changes information, implementation dates, service and/or recall technical bulletins, Product Engineering standards, bill of material and Engineering graphs.*Creation and approval of Tool Kick Off (TKO) request for parts on assigned vehicle families.
