Work with production operations department to ensure deployments roll out smoothly and customer group receives appropriate support Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security and performance Work closely with software architects to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology or related field or equivalent experience and or training 7+ years total development experience, 4 + years Web Application experience Expert skills with JavaScript, C#, XML, HTML, ASP.NET, CSS and other web development technologies Experience in .NET web services, WCF, WPF and applications Experience with JavaScript & frameworks (Angular JS, Knockout, Bootstrap,Rx.js etc.) Experience working on Agile projects using test driven development, Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS) Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL Extensive knowledge of object oriented programming Extensive knowledge of common data structures and algorithms Extensive knowledge of design patterns and best practices for reusable Object-Oriented code Knowledge of PCI Compliance / OWASP standards Ability to scrutinize applications and services to ensure they adhere to security standards. Networking knowledge (Sockets, TCP/IP, UDP) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to provide 24x7 production support, as assigned Experience with diagnostics / testing tools (Dynatrace, Fiddler, IE Inspector, HTTP Analyzer, LISA) preferred Experience with SQL Server, Oracle - PL/SQL preferred Knowledge of airline business systems preferred
