Job DescriptionGreat NH Community Support Program is seeking a full-time Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The APRN in this role will provide clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team that treats chronically mentally ill adults. This position is primarily a direct clinical care position with some administrative duties in the outpatient setting.
