Job DescriptionNurse Practitioner – Hospitalist – Boston, MA7 On – 7 Off schedule Seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with Post Acute Care experience for this excellent opportunity The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive health care for hospitalized adult medicine patients admitted to the Hospitalist Service. The nurse practitioner (NP) assists individuals and families with their health needs by obtaining health and medical histories, performing physical examinations, and diagnosing health problems. Patients evaluated by the NP include those patients admitted to the medical service under the Hospitalist Program and those patients on various other services for whom medical consults have been requested for the Hospitalist Program by the attending physician. The patient population includes patients 17 years of age and older.
