Job DescriptionProvides leadership, consultation, and support for the Staffing Office/Bed Control function and patient service areas. This position provides administrative continuity to staff, patients, families and visitors while acting as a liaison for the administrator on-call and the clinical Management team Essential Job Functions: 1. Accurately assesses the staffing needs of the inpatient nursing departments based on skill mix and acuity. Primary facilitator of patient throughput and administrator for electronic bed flow and patient tracking systems. 2.
