Engineering deliverables, technical clarifications, Comments and Deviations, value added engineering solutions, technical clarification during customer approval cycle, working with Operation / Contract Manager / Project Manager and manufacturing site leaders.Distil best practices for achieving growth and help replicate best practices on a worldwide basisKey Accountabilities:100% Compliance to processes & procedures laid down by organization e.g. iprojects, DOSE, TC, SAP, etc.Contribute to safety measures and company policies.Good communication skills.Quick Learner with sound technical and analytical skills.Good in understanding and reading drawing capabilities.Liaise with respective Stake holder and drawing offices.Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S.Key Metrices:On Time Deliveries: Shall always thrive to meet OTD and communicate in advance if there are any roadblocksLesser Quality Issues: Shall practice First Time Right approach.SES Initiatives
