Job DescriptionYou’ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You’ll be cross-trained on our products and you’ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.You’ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.Responsibilities:Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfactionInstall, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as requiredDocument all inspections, maintenance, and repair workReviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customersAssesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvementsYou’ll work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours.
