Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Failure Analysis Technician to join our team. Prefer a fresh graduate or with experience. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing product failures using optical microscopes, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), OSA, and ZYGO  to determine failure defects and support the development of solutions that enhance product reliability. Your hands-on skills and technical expertise will play a critical role in our quality assurance processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform detailed failure analysis on defective materials, components, or products using appropriate analytical tools and techniques to identify root causes and support continuous quality improvement.Interpret results, monitor failure trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence and improve product reliability.Follow all laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, and ensure proper handover of analysis status and findings between shifts or team members.
