Your guidance of internal business partners in maintaining our RVC Framework to comply with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations in ContiTech is key for our success. Key tasks:Coordinate the timely execution of RVC Adverse Impact Analysis in cose alignment with Central Functions Analyze results and support the implementation of preventive measures in alignment with relevant stakeholdersSupport the processing of RVC Incidents within the defined incident managementCoordinate the support of implementation of remedial actions resulting from the RVC Incident processDevelop strategies to continuously improve the efficiency of our RVC Incident ManagementSupport the RVC training activities within ContiTechCoordinate RVC internal reporting processes, including the development of dashboards and tools that track progress on improvement initiatives. Contribute to the external reporting obligations (e.g., Modern Slavery Statements like UK, Australia, Canada)Support the RVC System Review processCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders for the continuous improvement of our Framework
