No matter where you start, one thing is for sure: in just two years you will be working hands-on in real-life manufacturing projects.Quality comes from experience so, to gain broad knowledge of tire production, you will start the program with hands-on experience right there on the shop floor.After this initial experience, you will join other Quality Trainees for a 6-months stay in the Central Operations in Hanover.
