No matter where you start, one thing is for sure: in just two years you will be working hands-on in real-life manufacturing projects.Quality comes from experience so, to gain broad knowledge of tire production, you will start the program with hands-on experience right there on the shop floor.After this initial experience, you will join other Manufacturing and Engineering Trainees for a 6-months stay in the Central Operations in Hanover. Participating in a series of stimulating projects you can get up to speed with the tire development process and our global Continental business model.
