Our roles include: Band Builder Calendar Operator Mixing Operator Final Finish Operator Press Operator Many More! Specific responsibilities in each role can be discussed in detail during an interview, but general duties include: Measuring material length, width, and quality to ensure our product meets customer specifications. Read specifications, use hand tools, and gauging devices to monitor current and ongoing product quality. Reacting quickly to equipment downtime or other extraordinary condition, and notifying team lead whenever such conditions occur. Keeping work areas neat, clean, and orderly in order to maintain a safe work environment. Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production. Follow all plant Safety and environmental policies.
