Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of our custom closet showrooms. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients while supporting our design team and ensuring the showroom consistently reflects our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Showroom Operations Open and close the showroom in accordance with scheduled hours Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroom Ensure displays, samples, and materials are properly stocked and visually appealing Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure showroom readiness at all times Customer Experience Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional manner Provide an overview of products, materials, and showroom displays Answer questions and help guide clients through the showroom experience Capture and route customer inquiries or leads to the appropriate designer Team Support Assist designers during in-showroom client appointments as needed Prepare materials, samples, or workspaces for client meetings Provide general administrative and operational support to the design team Support the Customer Liaison team by fielding and scheduling new leads
