The position is based in the San Diego County area with expectations to work in the office 5 days per week full-time.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the reporting manager in project management and financial analysis across a wide range of projects and industries, including real estate and operating companies.Execute and review detailed financial modeling, build and analyze cash flow forecasts, and conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews.Assist in the preparation of assessments and court reporting.Conduct industry research and contribute to client engagements with due diligence.Collaborate effectively within project teams and interact with senior-level client personnel.Manage physical on-site property operations and ensure operational efficiencies.Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures.Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions.
