Job DescriptionProvide supply chain leadership in the implementation of the HIV/AIDS supply chain unification projects in the selected states. Liaise with the state ministry of health leadership in the selected states to provide supply changing capacity building activities to relevant officials in the state. Work with the state ministry of health to develop a support plan that will enable the appropriate government structure within the states to take ownership of managing part of the supply chain activities in the states. Lead a team of logistics advisors to provide supply chain support and mentoring to health facility staff in conjunction with the ministry of health. Lead the establishment and implementation of regional technical working groups that will support and monitor the activities of the unification project. Serve as the link between the state ministry of health, implementing partners and other stakeholders involved in the unification project to timely provide appropriate feedback on the progress of the project. Coordinate the linkage between the health facilities; warehouse and distribution service providers to ensure prompt delivery of commodities for service delivery. Contribute to routine monthly, quarterly and annual reports for submission to program funders. Contribute to identifying best practices and success stories for JSI. Nigeria’s quarterly logistics bulletin.
