Job DescriptionReporting to the manager, finance and administration, the successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the articulation and implementation of PHWC”S HR strategy, goals and objectives,. He/she will facilitate the development of an optimal human resource management framework/ system to enhance the corporation’s human resource management capability and its value proposition in the labour market. Key responsibilities will be able to: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy and operating plans and ensure alignment with the commission’s corporate strategy and key objectives. Develop and implement staff performance management systems.
