Job DescriptionWe're looking for a E2E Partnership and Business Solutions Officer who's mission is to be the single point of contact for Corporate Clients, Bank partners such as Fintechs & Startups, or other internal departments needing assistance with client Products and Services within the scope of the department.Main Tasks:Provide Clients with General product support (e.g: demos, onboarding…) & technical product assistance (e.g: “The setup of my report is wrong”).                  Build a positive relationships, communicate continuously with the Client and other involved parties (Sales, Product Owner,  Supplier…)                                                    Timely report and handle any incidents, complaints and claims according to procedures and policies in place                                                              Take on E2E accountability vis-à-vis the Client, transversal posture across the different departments of the Group (front to back)
