Job DescriptionTo support the growth of Inetum Consulting in Belgium, we are hiring a (Senior) Business Consultant to reinforce our teams delivering transformation projects in the following ecosystems: Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare. You will contribute to both client missions and internal initiatives that accelerate the growth of our consulting unit and strengthen our sector offerings.We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering mid-to-large scale digital and transformation projects, who takes ownership, is eager to learn, and thrives in an environment that combines client impact with entrepreneurial team growth.Your responsibilitiesYou will lead and deliver consulting assignments, including:Data analysis, benchmarks, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesisWorkshop facilitation and workshop animation with client stakeholdersProcess mapping, business analysis, and definition of implementation roadmapsSupporting (or leading) project workstreams as part of major digital transformation programs  You will contribute to a broad range of transformation topics, such as:Projects to improve operational performanceStrategic framing and optimization of business processesMaster plan definition and implementation supportSupport for implementing new solutions (ERP, CRM,…) and the associated business changeAs your assignments evolve, you will gradually take on project lead roles and actively contribute to the growth of our consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and participation in conferences and publications.
