Al sur de París.Languages: Fluent in French (written and verbal), proficient in EnglishKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary onsite interface for customer stakeholders across IT and business functions.Manage delivery of IT operations services including:Network & StorageBackup (Commvault)OS PatchingLead and coordinate high-priority incident resolution involving:Customer IT teamsThird-party IT vendorsProduct support teams (e.g., Nutanix, Oracle, Commvault)Ensure effective communication in French, bridging gaps between customer stakeholders and the India-based delivery team.Drive SLA adherence and ensure high-quality service delivery across L1, L2, and L3 support functions.Demonstrate ownership and accountability for service outcomes and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment with Customer  and ITCi processes.Support and contribute to the cloud transformation program, with a focus on learning and adapting to AWS-based operations.
