Primary Job Functions:Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and course content for both external customers and internal teamsCreate and continuously update training materials, technical documentation, and structured learning content to support onboarding, system upgrades, and new product adoptionAssess training needs during customer interactions and recommend targeted solutions to address skill gaps and drive product adoptionPartner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and implement structured training solutionsSupport customers during implementation to enable confident use and adoption of TOMRA technologyContribute to TOMRA Food’s digital learning platforms, including knowledge base articles, webinars, and online coursesBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customersDeliver training initiatives on time and to a high standard of qualityPromote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry
