Job DescriptionAs the Memory Layout Lead based in Vietnam, you will drive the technical development and delivery of advanced memory IP layouts, leading a team of engineers in hands-on design, verification, and optimization. This role combines deep technical expertise with team supervision, ensuring high-quality layout solutions and continuous innovation. Technical Leadership & Execution ● Lead hands-on layout design for advanced memory IP blocks, focusing on floor planning, placement, routing, and verification. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex layout issues, driving root-cause analysis and technical solutions. ● Develop and refine automation flows and scripts to improve layout productivity and quality. ● Ensure compliance with design rules, DRC/LVS checks, and foundry requirements. ● Review and approve critical layout blocks, ensuring optimal performance, area, and manufacturability. ● Mentor engineers in advanced layout methodologies and best practices.Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Collaborate with memory design leads, physical design teams, and CAD teams to ensure layout feasibility and efficiency. ● Participate in project scoping and scheduling, contributing layout effort estimates and risk assessments. ● Work closely with project managers and technical leads to align layout deliverables with broader IP development milestones. ● Present technical findings, risks, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. ● Support tape-out activities, including final signoff and documentation.
