Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe HR Project Coordinator (Entry Level, Contract) will support the HR Analytics team by handling administrative, coordination, data management, and documentation tasks across HR projects and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or business career who is highly organized, comfortable with follow-ups and data work, and interested in improving processes through systems and automation.This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on business needs and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Coordination SupportMaintain and update HR project trackers, reports, and documentationSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notesTrack action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders on deadlinesOrganize and maintain HR files, records, and shared foldersSupport preparation of presentations, reports, templates, and standard documentsHR Project & Analytics SupportAssist in coordinating HR initiatives such as onboarding programs, policy updates, audits, surveys, and reporting cyclesTrack project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; flag risks, delays, or missing informationSupport data collection, data cleaning, and basic reporting for HR and people analytics projectsEnsure project and reporting data is accurate, complete, and up to dateData, Systems & Process SupportPerform data quality checks to ensure consistency across reports and systemsSupport basic system administration tasks under guidanceIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve recurring administrative and reporting processesAssist with documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflowsCommunication & Stakeholder SupportAct as a point of contact for basic HR project-related queriesShare project updates, reminders, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders as instructedCoordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors when required
