Job DescriptionYou will support the Manufacturing Audit and Factory Improvement team and help ensure that our Factory Improvement programs consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.You will be expected to:Evaluate the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, and assess the product quality and safety risks. Your areas of attention will include Supplier and Sub-contractor Management, Incoming Material Control, Process Control, Warehousing, Quality Assurance Systems, and Productivity Improvement;Analyze product defects reported by our clients, to determine the most probable root cause, and identify the origin of defects;Implement practical and cost-effective actions at suppliers’ manufacturing sites, to help them improve and the next level, while leading to sensitive reduction of defect rates for our clients;Represent both QIMA and our clients while dealing with suppliers, to create healthy and long-terms relationships between our clients and their trusted suppliers;Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an intervention on-site can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients.
