Job DescriptionBerman Auto Group is growing and looking to add an Office Manager to the Corporate Office team!  Office Location: 5757 W Touhy Ave. Niles, IL  Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annually - BOEWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee accounting and office operations for a multi-store automotive dealership. his is a hands-on role requiring full ownership of Licensing & Title (L&T), billing, payroll, and core accounting functions across two rooftops. The ideal candidate has deep dealership experience and can independently manage high-volume workflows with accuracy and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage all Licensing & Title (L&T) processes for two dealership locationsOversee and execute deal billing and funding from start to finishWork alongside Human Resources to process and manage payroll for dealership employeesManage and support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functionsEnsure timely and accurate processing of deals, contracts, and documentationLead month-end close, including reconciliations and reporting for both storesPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracyMonitor and manage sales tax, fees, and regulatory compliance across both locationsMaintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to dealership and state requirementsWork closely with General Managers and Corporate Controller to ensure smooth operational flowCompany Benefits:Competitive PTO Multiple low-cost medical plans Low-cost dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-term & long-term disability401(k)Employee discounts on automotive service & salesOpportunities for advancement
