This role connects business questions to practical analytics frameworks, reporting, experimentation, and performance insights that improve marketing effectiveness. The role works closely with Strategy, Media, User Experience, Technology, Client Service, and Project Management to align data, interpretation, and action across channels. Success in this role requires strong consulting judgment, technical analytics expertise, and the ability to communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.What You’ll DoLead measurement strategy, KPI frameworks, tracking plans, and testing roadmaps across websites, CRM, paid search, display, and social programs for healthcare clients.Build dashboards and executive-ready reporting in Tableau, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics to translate performance data into clear recommendations.Analyze campaign, channel, and customer data using SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools to identify drivers of marketing performance, efficiency, and ROI.Partner with Strategy, Media, UX, Technology, Client Service, and Project Management teams to define scope, estimate effort, and deliver analytics work aligned to client goals.Mentor analysts, improve team best practices, and present insights, measurement plans, and business cases to senior client stakeholders in a clear, evidence-based way.
