Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Rexel team in Dallas, TX! (Hybrid)Summary: The Payroll Specialist II is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll cycle as well as payroll reporting. Manage various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, garnishments, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll is essential. Interact daily with the client as well as internal business partners. What You'll Do: Execute payroll cycles and associated payroll programs timely and accuratelyConduct pre and post payroll reconciliation and provide final sign-off to exitPerform complex analysis of payroll issues that may impact a single employee or groups of employees to determine root cause and implement sustainable solutionsWork closely with other business areas (tax, benefits, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end executionProvide assistance to Payroll Specialists and Service Center agents as neededFacilitate requirements gathering for change order requests, conduct required testing, and provide final review of complex systems changes or system enhancements related to payroll servicesMaintain system uploads as they pertain to payroll data entryAssist with other payroll projects as neededDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and key business partnersOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
