Job DescriptionIn line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Senior Consultant, Solar Power to work in various solar PV projects in Malaysia and elsewhere in the APAC region.ResponsibilitiesYour scope of work will include the following:Prepare conceptual design and feasibility studies for groundmounted, rooftop and floating solar PV, battery storage, hybrid renewable energy and potentially other renewable power projectsPrepare technical due diligence for potential acquisition or financing of solar PV, battery storage and other renewable power projects.Prepare energy yield analysis for solar PV projectsAssist Clients with solar PV EPC tendering projects, negotiations with EPC contractors, and renewable power project development in generalOwner’s engineer during design and construction of the solar PV projects, including assistance in project management and design reviewAct as lenders engineer in solar PV projects, doing construction monitoring and operations monitoring.Preparation of reports for the clients as requiredFor interested candidates, there is a possibility to expand the role to include participation in other type of projects, such as green hydrogen/ammonia projects, decarbonisation studies, etc.
