Job DescriptionUnfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.This is a full time, permanent position. Shift work is required for this role, Working 9 hours per day usually 09:00 – 17:30, on biweekly rotating shift pattern, which is: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday.As a API Laboratory Support Analyst you will serve as a laboratory support analyst within the client environment to support their technical and analytical tasks, to work to the highest standards in terms of quality and professionalism.Job Responsibilities that you be covering:You will support cell‑culture and purification projects by preparing materials, setting up equipment and assisting with laboratory bioreactor runs, including data monitoring, sampling, sample analysis and feeding activities.You will maintain laboratory equipment by performing routine checks such as calibrations and reagent replenishment, coordinating maintenance or repairs as required, and responding appropriately to equipment alarms in line with project and laboratory schedules.You will contribute to core laboratory operations by processing autoclave and washer loads, managing consumable restocking, maintaining 5S standards and providing general laboratory support to ensure an efficient and compliant working environment.You will ensure all documentation is completed to GMP standards by keeping SOPs and controlled documents up to date, maintaining accurate training records, performing sample‑management activities, and preparing results and reports for trained methods.You will perform investigations when required, execute independently assigned projects, revise SOPs and documentation, develop subject‑matter expertise in assigned techniques and support the training of junior staff where competent.You will coordinate and respond to ad‑hoc laboratory requests, manage communication regarding equipment and support tasks, and provide cover for colleagues when needed, including participation in weekend or overtime rotas.
