Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strong and inspiring marketing leader who will drive business growth in Ukraine by shaping and executing impactful brand and category strategies, while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.This role is accountable for delivering the country AOP P&L and achieving brand & category KPIs through best-in-class marketing execution and close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders.You will report directly to the UAEECA Cluster Marketing Director (12 markets, including Ukraine) and lead a team of 5 marketing professionals (Brand Managers & Senior Brand Managers).Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of brand & category strategies for the Ukrainian market in alignment with global direction. Actively contribute to global brand agenda and represent local market needs on Brand Boards.Drive end-to-end marketing activities across all coffee & tea brands, including campaign development and adaptation, media strategy, activations, sponsorships, influencer marketing, and design — across both Retail and OOH channels. Support resolution of operational issues related to export activities.Own full portfolio strategy, including assortment, P&L management, and NPD pipeline.
