Job DescriptionWe're building AI agents that automate complex semiconductor engineering workflows. We're looking for a Staff Engineer with strong technical fundamentals, semiconductor domain knowledge, and AI/ML understanding to help shape both the agents and the platform that powers them.This role is for someone who understands the problems before reaching for solutions. You'll design agentic systems that reason, plan, and use tools to solve real problems - then build the infrastructure to deploy them reliably at scale.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  - Design and build AI agents that automate multi-step semiconductor workflows - Develop the Agent Platform: orchestration, tool integration, observability, and evaluation infrastructure - Work closely with design and verification engineers to deeply understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities - Create techniques for grounding agents in domain knowledge - specifications, design rules, verification intent - Build rigorous evaluation frameworks that measure agent reliability, correctness, and safety - Debug hard problems across the stack - from model behavior to infrastructure to domain-specific edge cases - Ship systems that work reliably, not just impressive demos
