Job DescriptionPublic Storage is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Facilities and Asset Management organization. This role will be a key partner in driving expense and capital financial planning and analysis, supporting forecasting, close activities, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering clear insights to senior leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesLead expense and capital FP&A responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly close, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating planPrepare and communicate variance analysis, management reporting, and required corporate deliverablesPartner closely with the Data Analytics team to maintain existing reports and develop new tools that enhance forecast accuracy and provide senior leadership with actionable guidance.Collaborate with Accounting to ensure costs are recorded accurately and propose journal entries as neededSupport ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as business needs arise
