Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support the smooth and accurate operation of our Transfer Agency function. In this role, you will manage key investor‑servicing processes, maintain high‑quality records, and collaborate across teams to deliver a superior client experience. What You’ll DoInvestor Transaction Processing Execute core Transfer Agency activities, including processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and on time. Work within agreed service levels, escalate issues when needed, and ensure prompt, professional resolutions.Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams—including Client Services, Fund Accounting, and other MUFG departments—to address investor queries and resolve operational matters efficiently.
