Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Global Payments Services team as a Senior Associate. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Global Payments function, whilst having a lasting impact by playing a key role in several strategic global initiatives.You Will:Payment ProcessingBe responsible for the accurate input, approval and processing of payments in accordance with established proceduresInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies and errors promptly and accurately.Liaise with clients, investment managers, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of client payments.Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.Analyse payment and query data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Ensure critical issues are escalated in a timely manner to senior stakeholders.Represent local team on global projects, and lead workstreams of projects.Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of payment processes.Ensure that procedures are up to date, and in line with firm standards.Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory updates as they pertain to payments.Analyse opportunities for improvement within the overall payment processAssist with other ad-hoc tasks (e.g. audit requests) as required.#LI-Hybrid
