Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Power Systems Engineer to join our growing team, helping to design and develop electrical power systems for spacecraft. You’ll play a key part in how satellites and space vehicles generate, store, and distribute power — from early design all the way through to integration and testing.Location: LondonOn Site: 1-2 a monthClearance: SC Experience Level: SeniorKey Responsibilities: Design and develop power systems for spacecraft, from concept to final integration.Work on both high-level architecture and detailed electronic designs.Manage requirements and ensure designs meet all power and interface needs.Build and maintain power budgets and models for spacecraft missions.Support electrical integration and power system testing, ensuring reliable performance.Review electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) factors and propose solutions.Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with other teams, suppliers, and project partners to ensure smooth system delivery.Help plan and conduct validation and verification activities for power systems.Support flight operations and help resolve any power-related issues during mission phases.
