Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to assist one of our clients in the luxury retail space in Singapore.Position Purpose:This role is part of the Singapore Technology and Digital Services team and has a specific focus on ensuring the delivery of technology services, including application and infrastructure. The role will also be expected to scope, plan and deliver projects (with service providers, and Local IT) that originate from Global and Regional IT, and/or requested by Regional and Local Business Leaders. Excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary for the person to be successful in this role. To be successful in interacting with the business and the various IT teams delivering the challenging initiatives, it is essential to have effective and efficient communication skills.Responsibilities:Project DeliveryWork with internal and/or third-party teams to ensure project management and project execution according to planDoes not hesitate to be hands-on whenever required Manage local & regional service vendor(s) to deliver projects as assigned Provide reporting to management on project advancement, challenges & risks End to end ownership of assigned project and accountability of the delivery ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget Support hypercare phase and hand over to support team Main project assigned: retrofit of current office, point of sales opening or renovationSecurity and Data Protection Lead the remediation of security risks identified by internal and external partiesCommunicate with local business management on potential risk and escalate as needed
