Job DescriptionJob Description: We are currently seeking an accomplished Project Management Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:Acting as a manager of strategic projects, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring overall orchestration.Monitoring the pipeline of activities throughout the year.Assessing and sharing the progress of activities, deviations from the plan, as well as risks and issues.Planning and coordinating project meetings, namely ensuring agenda definition, preparation of supporting materials, leading discussions, as well as drafting meeting minutes and reports, and following up on action progress.Developing documentation such as work plans, project reports, conceptual presentations, or briefings in response to specific requests.Monitoring implementation and identifying recommendations/opportunities for improvement.Contributing analyses on the overall status of projects and their strategic challenges.Reviewing materials and preparing supporting documentation for team discussions.Collecting and centralizing all information related to strategic initiatives and respective activities (e.g., deliverables, working documents, performance indicators).Acting as the owner of project documentation, ensuring it is up to date and accessible.Supporting internal teams in the development of specific internal communication materials (when necessary).
