Job DescriptionSupport processes of the Operations. Responsible for the planning and the execution of the daily and weekly activities. Includes all activities associated with; stock maintenance, product storage, stock discards and order processing (retrieval, packing and order assembly) shipping activities. Manage all quality assurance programs with the operations team.Manage and maintain KPI’s. Manage staff to ensure that performance standards are met and that all information is accurate and up to date. Responsible for the reporting of KPI information to senior management, supervisors and leaders.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all HSE standards, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Responsible for the management (creation and modification) of W.O.W.s’ associated with their area of responsibility. Ensuring that all procedures and processes are accurate and up to date.
