Job DescriptionSyngenta is currently managing the Source to Order processes utilizing Ariba on demand platform. We are looking for an operational resource to be part of our Ariba Support Team.This position reports to the Regional Team Lead - Supplier Enablement & Onboarding. The role entails various aspects of the Ariba Procurement platform. Accountabilities: Supplier onboarding: manage new Indirect vendor creations triggered via Ariba and registration-related queries from suppliersSupplier enablement: responsible for maintaining data of existing indirect vendorsEnsure Supplier documentation complies with Syngenta defined validation standardsSupport Requesters and Procurement Buyers for supplier master data related queries and provide guidance regarding processes and ways of workingHandle supplier queries for Syngenta registration process in Ariba Network through connections with suppliersTroubleshooting possible technical and/or registration issues with suppliers that may have impact on PO creation, Catalogue usage, E-sourcing and/or business continuityEngage with internal and external stakeholders to manage country specific needsWork closely with Ariba Administrators, Ariba IT technical support team and Finance OperationsUpdate and maintain knowledge base shared library when needed, to reflect the current process for the use of all Syngenta usersSupport company-wide projects as requested from master data point of viewIdentify opportunities for process or system optimizationTrain, supervise and mentor new team members to reach full potential.
