To support this mission, Syngenta’s Occupational toxicology team is seeking a Global Occupational Toxicologist ideally based in Jealott’s Hill, Bracknell, UK.In this role, you will provide expert toxicology guidance, set standards that protect our workforce, helping us lead the industry in health, safety, and environmental performance. Accountabilities:Establish and maintain Occupational Exposure Limits (OELs) for materials used in product manufacturing. Provide independent, expert advice on occupational toxicology, addressing complex and unique challenges. Proactively identify potential toxicological risks from chemical and biological agents used in Syngenta operations. Deliver occupational toxicology and health training, conduct audits, and assess business risks. Identify and champion opportunities to integrate data analytics and digital tools into HSE management, partnering with colleagues to implement innovative solutions.
