Physical Ability:Candidates must possess the physical strength and stamina to perform rigorous tasks for extended periods. This includes:Stamina: Ability to run 100 meters, jog for 5 minutes, and complete a 12-hour shift.Movement and Agility: Ability to climb ladders up to 8m, navigate confined spaces, and maintain flexibility in movement.Strength: Capability to lift up to 25kg and drag 55kg (e.g., heavy equipment or simulated rescue scenarios).Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in extreme temperatures, variable weather, and in enclosed or dark spaces.Vision and Hearing: Unassisted ability to read and distinguish sounds.2.
