In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between customer business needs and technical cloud solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, design robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures, and guide them through the successful adoption and implementation of our cloud platform and associated cloud services. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert with a passion for solution design and direct client engagement. What You'll Do: • Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Partner with sales and account teams to engage directly with prospective and existing clients. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand their current IT landscape, business objectives, technical challenges, and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, compliance, availability, cost). • Solution Design & Architecture: Design comprehensive and optimal cloud solutions leveraging our platform and services, integrated with our European alternative to the hyperscalers. Develop architectural blueprints, design documents, and migration strategies. • Technical Deep Dives & Proofs-of-Concept: Lead technical workshops, deliver tailored presentations, and collaborate with Sales Engineers/Implementation teams to develop and demonstrate proofs-of-concept (PoCs) or pilots that validate proposed solutions. • Cost Optimization & TCO Analysis: Design solutions with a strong focus on cost efficiency and provide Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for proposed architectures, ensuring long-term value for the client. • Security & Compliance: Ensure that all designed solutions adhere to best practices for cloud security, data governance, and relevant industry compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). • Roadmaping & Implementation Guidance: Create clear roadmaps for cloud adoption and migration. Provide architectural guidance and support to implementation teams (internal or client-side) throughout the project lifecycle. • Thought Leadership & Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns.
