You understand both the business and the technology, and know how to bring these two together in solutions that add real value.You will become the driving force behind multidisciplinary teams, where you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes. You work closely with clients and internal teams, guiding projects from requirements analysis through to implementation and monitoring of results.Furthermore, you will:Apply our GRIPP methodology to efficiently specify, analyze, design, and implement business processes.Independently lead projects and initiatives, providing substantive direction to teams of professionals.Translate complex structures into understandable working methods and ensure smooth collaboration within projects.Prepare product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with significant budgets (3 to 50 million euros).Model business processes using BPMN tools and perform simulations and analyses for process optimization. Advising clients on best practices in process design and digital transformation.Providing training and support to users to ensure that newly designed business processes are effectively implemented.
