Deliver Confidence.We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Support Consultant to take ownership of the ongoing success, stability, and evolution of our clients’ FDI environments (formerly Fusion Analytics Warehouse).This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-led mindset. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring high availability, optimised performance, and continuous value from Oracle analytics platforms—while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.Working alongside architects, developers, analysts, and service delivery teams, you’ll lead support activities, drive improvements, and help clients maximise the power of their data.What You’ll Be DoingPlatform Ownership & SupportYou will:Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environmentsMonitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolutionApply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain platform stability and performanceConduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and query response timesClient Engagement & AdvisoryYou will:Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting needsProvide expert guidance on FDI architecture, data modelling, and best practicesLead requirements workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transferDelivery & EnhancementYou will:Implement and configure FDI solutions aligned to client requirementsDesign and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutionsPerform data integration activities including ETL and data validationSupport Unit Testing and UAT, working with business users to achieve sign-offContinuous ImprovementYou will:Stay current with new FDI features, Oracle analytics innovations, and industry trendsProduce high-quality documentation, training materials, and operational guidanceIndependently manage the Analytics support track and client relationships
